• Reports to the Council;
• Reviews ISO's governance structure, policies and procedures
• Reviews adequacy of the implementation of the ISO policies and procedures
• Assesses the performance of Council (body and members)
• Develops and maintains a code of conduct for ISO governance and management
• Reviews the conduct of the Secretary-General and ISO Central Secretariat staff
• Reviews any concerns reported in confidence by ISO Central Secretariat staff.
